Besides drastically cutting your calorie intake you'll get your blood sugar levels and insulin production under control, making it A LOT easier to lose fat fast!
Follow the Best Diet Plan -- The best diet for losing 10 pounds in a week is one based around natural, unprocessed foods. Mainly meats, eggs, fish, nuts, seeds, vegetables, raw fruits, and beans/legumes. Small amounts of unrefined oils like extra-virgin olive oil and coconut oil are also ok since your body will need some "good" fat to speed up its metabolism.

Great article, I love high intensity interval training. I do some form of interval training 6 days a week!
I have to say that I lost 80 pounds doing nothing more than eating the recommended serving size of foods, and eating 6 times a day. I NEVER worked out once. I dropped soda's and replaced them with iced tea and that alone dropped 10 pounds. For some reason, here I am 6 yrs later and this same thing isn't worked. I am sloooowly gaining again and becomming desperate as NOTHING is working, if anything I am having the opposite affect. HELP!!!!!!!

lose 10 pounds in one week? is that possible? the answer is yes. i recommend you a easy and fast way to lose weight. Drink a cup of pu er or wu yi tea everyday. these two teas can help you flat your belly.
Sounds like great advice. Reminds me of the Body for Life diet, except I'm less likely to feel sore doing your exercises.
